NICOLE SACHS

Nicole J. Sachs, LCSW is a speaker, writer, psychotherapist, retreat leader, and podcaster. She has supported hundreds of thousands, dedicating her work and her practice to the treatment of chronic pain, anxiety, and other conditions. She is the author of the book The Meaning of Truth and the online courses Freedom from Chronic Pain and Freedom from an Anxious Life. Her upcoming book, Mind Your Body, will be released by Penguin/Random House in February, 2025.

Under the banner of The Cure for Chronic Pain brand, Nicole has a popular Podcast, YouTube channel, Instagram channel, and newsletter. Alongside her partner Lisa Eisenpresser and their colleague Christina Sarno, Nicole co-created The Sarno x Sachs Solution, a practitioner training that equips clinicians and coaches worldwide of this life-changing work. 

Nicole is on faculty at The Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in New York where her yearly retreats draw hundreds of people from all over the world to learn with her in community. She is one of a handful of direct disciples of Dr. John Sarno and she has brought teaching, writing, podcasting, and social media together to deliver his pioneering theories to a global, multi-generational, audience. Nicole’s personal success story as well as her transformative work with thousands of people around the world continues to shape and evolve her theories which teach those suffering how to heal themselves completely without medication or surgery. 

Nicole runs retreats and workshops, large and small, across the country for both professionals and participants. She has appeared on TV and well-known podcasts as an expert in her field. With Your BreakAwake, she hopes to use her own story and those of her growing global community as evidence that everyone has the power to fully inhabit their lives free of chronic conditions and self-limiting beliefs.
